At NutraPaws, we know your best mate is waiting for their wellness boost. We are committed to processing and dispatching your orders as quickly as possible from our flagship facility on the Gold Coast.

1. Order Processing Times

• Fast Dispatch: All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of being placed.
• Local Operations: We operate Monday through Saturday from our Surfers Paradise boutique.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Australia-Wide: We ship to all states and territories across Australia using premium courier services to ensure your supplements arrive safely.
• Standard Shipping: Flat-rate shipping applies to all standard orders (or specify your free shipping threshold, e.g., "Free shipping on orders over $100").
• Estimated Delivery:
• Gold Coast & Brisbane: 1–2 business days.
• Major Capital Cities: 3–5 business days.
• Regional Areas: 5–8 business days.

3. Local Pickup (Click & Collect)

• Location: G23 Elkhorn Avenue, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217.
• Ready for Pickup: Most orders are ready for collection within 4 hours of being placed.
• Notification: You will receive an email or SMS notification as soon as your order is ready to be picked up from our store.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Real-Time Updates: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
• Stay Informed: You can use this number to monitor your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Shipping Constraints

• Domestic Only: We currently only ship within Australia to maintain the freshness and quality of our products.
• PO Boxes: We are able to ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.
